Nayaa's Mango peel


 Nayaa’s Mango Peel Pickle (Avakaya) ek asli homemade swaad ka anubhav hai. Yeh pickle un raseele aur khatte aam se banti hai jo garmiyon ke mausam mein khas taur par chune jaate hain.

The process starts with washing and drying fresh raw mangoes. Inhe chote pieces mein cut kiya jata hai, keeping the skin (peel) intact for that extra crunch. Telugu varu deenni 'Mamidikaya Thokku' ani pilustaru.  

Ingredients and Taste

Masala Mix: A blend of aava pindi (mustard powder), nalla uppu (salt), and kura karam (chilli powder).

Aroma: The tempering involves verushenaga nune (groundnut oil), vellulli (garlic), and menthulu (fenugreek seeds).

Zest: Mango peel pickle mein jo 'khatta-meetha' balance hota hai, wo ise special banata hai.
